Essence Under Fire’s music definitely contains these special elements from their passion to play music. Formed in 2000, their current line-up consists of Steve Watts (Guitar/ Lead Vocals), Greg Loghrin (Drums/Percussion), Andrew Hopper (Bass/Backup Vocals) and Joe Tobin (Guitar). EUF draws from the combination of many different influences to create their own personal unique sound. Whether it’s the emotional melodic softness of “Odette” or the in your face hard edged rock of “Serenity”, the energy played behind the notes gives this band it’s feel. </div> <bR> <div> Based in Kitchener, Ontario, EUF has established a loyal following and has played at some well-known venues in and around the tri-cities area. Some of these consist of The Circus Room, The Bombshelter and The Huether Hotel. EUF’s has a demo CD produced and plans to record their debut album early in the new year. They plan to perform in other selected cities in Southern Ontario including Toronto and London. EUF’s next show is at Circus Room @ 729 King Street East in Kitchener on Jan 19th, 2001.
